Tips for using the heating gun for a long time
Maintenance of HAKKO FV-310
POINT 1Allow the gun to cool down for more than 90sec. after work. For storing, cool down for 5min. or more.
POINT 2When applying hot air to an object, keep a certain distance in between the air outlet nozzle and the object being heated.
POINT 3Do not drop the heating gun or subject it to other strong impact.
POINT 4Do not use the heating gun in areas filled with flammable gases, dust, etc.
POINT 2. When applying hot air to an object, keep a certain distance in between the air outlet nozzle and the object being heated.

If the nozzle is held too close to the object being heated, hot air will accumulate, causing the heating element to overheat and resulting in breakage of the heating element.
